QUESTION

Do we have a medical malpractice case?

More details to this question:
My husband went to his doctor for over a year complaining about severe leg and foot pain. His doctor kept saying is was due to a back injury, but really offered no solution. After that year her finally referred him to an orthopedic dr that specialized in steroid injections. It took that dr a matter of minutes to know it was not an orthopedic problem and said he needed to have his circulation checked. A month later my 43 yr old husband had to have an emergency double bypass. The arteries going to both legs were completely blocked. His surgeon said had they caught it sooner it could have been treated with medicine. All is dr needed to do was touch his feet and check for a pulse and all of this could have possibly been avoided. Every medical professional I have spoke with has said " basic medical care whenever a patient complains of leg of foot pain the first thing you do is check for pulses" now my husband highly risks loosing his legs.
