do you handle this type of case

Asked on Jul 19th, 2016 on Medical Malpractice - Florida
More details to this question:
I am not sure if this is something you handle on the medical malpractice side but my current therapist suggested I speak to an attorney. My last therapist that my husband and I were going to individually and together (had sexual contact) she told him that they would start by role playing in session, via phone, face book and text. the wound up is it got carried away and they had sex.I have already filed a complaint on her and her license. Please call me if you think I have a chance to do anything. Thanks

Its quite possible that you do as a patient. Alienation of affection is not recognized in Florida, though you might have damages as a patient for the impact this has on you. YOu should contact a lawyer immediately to review this.
