Do you think I got harmed from my doctor

More details to this question:
I had a c section and my doctor stuck the epideral needle to far into my back my right leg started shaking as if someone had a seizure. A few weeks later I begin to get this shooting pain from my back to my ankles on my right side I went to the doctor and he gave me a MRI and said I have a aggravated nerve in prescribed me lyrics for nerve pain.almost two years later I still experience that pain along with neck and shoulder pain I'm still on nerve pain medication. I also have physical therapy twice a week. I also have needles marks from when the nurses was fishing for a vein to place the iv.my doctor also said I have cyatica
