Do you think my mom have a case

She had surgery on Dec. 24, 2016 a hernia and intestine blockage. less than 3 weeks later she started having the same symptoms. went back to ER. They said she had another blockage. so now they had to do surgery again. Now in march starts with a cellulitis in the wound. Last weekend she started having pains in her stomach so it got bad enough and she went to her pc doctor. She did a pelvic swab telling my mom she may have a urinary tract infection , but my mom mentioned to her that itfeels like it did when she had an infection last time she didn't give her any kind of meds sent her home. So she couldn't take the pain no more so she went to ER again and she has an infection in the wound again and I asked the surgeon why is it she keep having these same problems and he said that they may have left some fluid in the wound the last time. Please Help
