Doctor lacerated my bladder can I sue?

More details to this question:
My Gynecologist lacerated my bladder during a c-section and told me he nicked. I have frequent and painful urination and my bladder does no longer empty. There is a 3 and 1/2 inch cut on the bladder and I am told possible nerve damage can I sue along with pelvic floor dysfunction which was not present before. Do I have a case?
