QUESTION

Does lack of care and not performing adequate testing before surgery constitute malpractice. Do Fla law on malpractice limit due process

More details to this question:
Suffered stroke during bypass surgery. When I awoke all of my symptoms where ignored. Even two weeks later. Had to be diagnosed by other doctors. They found hole in my heart , had to go back into surgery to have plug put in. Was told most likely caused stroke. I have permanent damage
