More details to this question:
He broke his arm and i took him to emergency. First thing he asked was for the pain to go away. After about three time they had given him pain medication thriugh an iv, they try to straiten it and were unsuccessful. My son yelled and screamed which were signs that the medication did not take effect. They tried again and same results. This doctor decided to call a professional in the field. They gave him some more pain med. all along they were also giving him something so the next day he wont remember. The pIn was the same with the other doctor. They took one more x ray just to tell us that it was not completely in place. My wife went through the whole trauma of my sons experience but that is not what we care about. My son was half aseleep when he told us that he wanted to kill the doctor ( he is 10 years old). We thiught that this was normal. He just woke up this morning and he remembers everything. This is a trauma that he will probably remember for the rest of his life.

In these facts, it is difficult to say if there is a malpractice case. Once your son has healed and been discharged from the hospital, get a copy of his medical chart and schedule a consultation with an experienced medical malpractice attorney. Good luck and I hope your son feels better.
