Dr inserted metal plate incorrectly causing hole in esphagus. Neck kept on swelling dr poo poo it

The surgery was performed in Jume of 12. Had to have a revision in June 15. Found out Dr fused into split bone and plate was not put in correctly caused hole in esohagus. Had to have 15 hour surgery with skin grafts exc.. Two weeks in hospital, can have no food by mouth in tube feeding do not go out at all in pain all the time. Surgeon that performed this can he be held responsible.
