QUESTION

Drug interaction caused seizures, concussion, contusion - do I have a malpractice case?

More details to this question:
My NP had me on Wellbutrin XL 300mg and Prozac 40mg. We had appointments once a month to discuss, and my next appointment I had scheduled was a phone one since I would be out of state at my first semester of college. The day before I moved into college, I experienced a fall in which I hit my head on a boulder and got a concussion. The local hospital told me to see CU Health Services after I moved in, which I did. Obviously, they asked about the situations, what meds I'm on, etc. I told them everything, the fall, etc. Well, over the next 3 weeks I had multiple seizures (apparently what also caused the first fall). One occurred while crossing Broadway and I was forced to withdraw from CU for a semester to a year. How could these medical "professionals" have me on 2 meds which in combination cause seizures especially when I had a TBI? Do I have a solid case against these inadequate doctors? (ps I live in MA, the first fall was in CT and the subsequent in NY)
