I am sorry to hear about your ear problems.  It is important to know why the doctors are unwilling to remove the tube.  It would also be important to know how many doctors have refused to the remove the tube.   I recommend that you sit down with  your doctor(s) and ask them to explain to you what your options are, why you have had so many problems with your ear and why they are unwilling to remove the tube.  If your doctor(s) refuse to explain such to you, I recommend you seek out other health care professionals to treat you.  Based on the information you have provided, I am afraid I cannot assist you any further.  However, if you are seeking to file a malpractice lawsuit, I recommend you obtain your medical records related to your ear problems and consult with a local attorney.  Best of luck.
