More details to this question:
Hi my name is Georgette bass I am the mother of a child who has recently had surgeries back to back. In August my son had a left tendon repair done on the 21st after 7 weeks of no movement and a brace he began therapy as instructed by the first orthopedic surgeon. After a while we noticed that he wasn't able to extend his leg out he had no muscle movement at all. The surgeon referred him to another surgeon who was 2 hours away from her hometown. After meeting with the next surgeon we realize that it was indeed a failed left here tendon and it needed to be repaired immediately. We are not happy with how the surgery went the first time and we feel that it was not taken care of properly and our child had to have yet another surgery is this a possibility of malpractice.

Possibility yes but not inherently. You will need to consult with a local malpractice lawyer and will need to retain a medical expert at some expense to make such a determination. Generally and unsuccessful srugery alone is NOT malpractice and the incoveneince of additional rehab is not suffiicent damages for most lawyers to undertake a medical malpractice case. There generally needs to be some catastrophic injury.
