I filed a tort on October 6th 2014 against the Department of Veterans affairs. The VA has 6 months to replay, and I received a letter on October 10th stating they are reviewing my claim. I need a Lawyer that has filed a federal tort just incase the VA do not approve my claim or settle. I will provide more after agreement to take case if denied by VA.
