Someone goes to the doctor for a routine heart check and ends up dead. Do I have a case? The front Prone (or what ever they call that metal piece) broke and stuck near the heart.... they failed to quickly bring him to the ER (1h delayed before he got transferred ... after he got there he had to wait 17 hours before a doctor saw him.... they tried heart surgery for 5 hours and failed to take it out.... Do I have a case?

Was there an autopsy done to determine the cause of death and if so, what did it say was the cause of death?
