gangrene infection

More details to this question:
my mom died from a gangrene infection. i was told she had to have it for atleast a year. i took her to the hospital prier to all this and blood work was done but at that time it wasn't found. she was on meds that conflicted with each other for some time. she had diabetes and took nova log she had ulcers on her legs that was said to come from the nova log and that was what began the gangrene infection. im not sure what to do or how to do it any advice.

It is possible that the Estate of your mother may have a medical negligence claim. It is impossible to be certain until all of the medical records are ordered and reviewed.
