I had surgery in 2019 and some type of object was left inside me and never removed causing me 2 years of pain and suffering to the point I thought I was having a heart attack. I went for a second opinion and after X-rays of my abdomen and chest it correlated with a CT scan there was a foreign body inside me and had to be removed. I had the foreign body removed and currently recovering. I had to get a necessary but unnecessary same day surgery. Do I have a malpractice and negligence case.
Hello Gloria,
A Personal Injury/ Medical Malpractice Attorney can assist you in exploring these issues by interviewing you in depth. This is worth discussing further and should be done as soon as possible as there are concerns regarding the Statute of Limitation/and Repose.
We all give free consultations; however, you will have to reach out, as we are unable to solicit on this forum.
Again, do not delay, as the Statute of Limitation/Repose for bringing a Medical Malpractice lawsuit is extremely short given the complexity involved in such cases.
