Have a small malpractice by unqualified provider case I hope u tell me ??

I noticed the notes had been changed since I was there but common sense and a witness can overcome it....went to lake Wales er by ambo w burning stabbing from hip to foot was given a Percocet and an X-ray and sent home w muscle relaxers never saw doc only.NP....saw clinic doc for another matter 6 days later asked to look he immediately knew circ issue sent me back to ER for Doppler said can't diagnose pinched nerve without a scan. er doc took one look rushed me back for Doppler and CT scan I was then loaded w serious meds & heperin drip told not going home at least a week given critical care protocol deemed nec. Prevent imminant life threatening deterioration while they looked for a pilot take me bigger facility for circulatory failure vascular occlusion aorta & femoral artery but there was & is more than that after tests....I never saw a doctor 1st visit or it wouldve been caught like every doc who looked at my leg knew what it was a week may have made a dif theyre not sure can save
