More details to this question:
I was hospital, I did not stated to person next to me what I was here for. Yet she knew why and told me everything, and what I did as she was discharge. I was Baker Act but it was no excuse for her to no why. I told no one that floor yet someone spread it.

You can file a complaint with the Department of Health, but generally don't expect any one to take action on such an issue absent you having clear proof of some improper disclosure as opposed to conjecture.
