More details to this question:
I was given a cortisone injection in y neck at a VA facility that disabled me. I would like to at least get my benefits since I am a Viet Nam Veteran and it was the way the injection was given and then put on Methadone instead of doing the surgery which I had 3 vertibrae that had to be fused. But they didn't even consider this option.
