How do I file a loan while waiting on disability

More details to this question:
I have. A lawyer for about 2 and half years. I filed and fought my own since December 2012. I had a failed back surgery in April 26, 2012. Also due to medicine I have a ulcer that won't heal and half my stomach needs to be removed and the doctor that did the upper GI said I would probably not live 4 years after having the surgery . My 2nd Neurosurgeon has stated there is no fixing my back issues. The first one who operated on my back admitted he messed up and the surgery didn't work therefore a failed back surgery that can never be fixed . I live in chronic pain 24/7.
