How do I go about seeking Justice for My Mother who has passed away due to the care of a facility she was in?

My Mother was at a facility to gain her moblity back after hospitalization. Due to their lack of care, (leaving her alone,no feeding her,leaving her soiled,keeping her heavily medicated) my Mother developed bed sores, became malnourished, Which led to her ending up back in the hospital several times(about 3 or so). finally at another facility where they did all they could to bring my mother out of the state she was in(feeding tube included) and to come back home to us. That didn't happen at all. Sadly during the holidays My Mother passed away. I'm sorry if what I wrote seem distorted I'm not in a good place Mother was Only 55 years old.
