How do I know if I have a case?

More details to this question:
as a result of what was suppose to be a routine hernia surgery and back to my job of 13 yrs in 30 days after surgery since November of this yr I am still in pain 24/7 and am told that at this point in time I have 3 options....1. was told to take some motrins and hope that the inflammation goes down enough for me to get back to work in a couple of days. 2. get a series of cortisone shots in the vicinity of the surgery sight with some hope of relif. (no guarantees) .3. Remove the mesh and in the process lose a testical also and still suffer the hernia and the future pain..... I am told by my surgeon that he has never seen this reaction and that he is not sure what to think of it.I am concerned cause I can no longer possibly work and I will have to live with this pain indefinetly I am not the same as before the surgery....I am worse. left with no Income and always in pain even with the pain meds...please I do need some kind of advise. than you

There are hernia mesh lawsuits being filed all over the country. Google hernia mesh lawsuit and contact a firm who does these lawsuits to see if you meet the criteria for the lawsuit.
