How will I sue my surgeon for mal practice

More details to this question:
I had a breast augmentation 5/2014. I paid for 2 different size implants to make my breast more symmetrical in size. After the surgery I found that the doctor used the same size in both sides. This was not what we agreed on. He didn't advise me of the lifestyle changes with implants.
