I have a case under HIPPA Medical Privacy case

My xfriend has mental issues.I been trying to cut ties from her without incident. I went my dentist in great pain. He gave me meds. An appt. was made for 10/31, @ 9am to remove 6 teeth. I have apt card. My friend? wanted to take me I said NO WAY. So She called my dentist & told nurse I referred them. The nurse asked her if she was going to take care of me after surgery on the 31st. So they were discussing ME then. She went to her apt.2 days after & at this time she made another appt. She got them to change my 9am app to 12PM and TAKE my 9am spot so she could care for me. I found this out and more! when I got confirm. call for my 12pm? apt. I called Asking what the! They wont tell me how it happened. Except they thought she was my friend and they are SO sorry. she did go at 9am. I refused to go back to them. Also same nurse asked me b4 if I knew 2 of their patients with the same last name as mine.So this must be a common practice to discuss other's medical information. There is more!
