I keep getting turned down by attorneys due to the fact it is a hard case

More details to this question:
I was in the hospital due to an auto accident I had to get a chest tube inserted the chest he became infected at which time the hospital had to do emergency surgery but due to the surgery infection numerous and multiple complications have arisen once I was discharged from their trading hospital two days later I was in another hospital because I had infection in my blood and throughout my body and I still had other complications with my heart

Any complications you suffered in hospital, even malpractice canand should be handled from your auto accident case if at all possible. As to med mal type case, complications dont = malpractice so you'd have to have more to show medical negligence.
