Please be advised that my answer in no way creates a lawyer/client relationship.  I am a S.C. board certified internist and attorney.  Thus far you have stated no acts or omissions that would give rise to a medical malpractice case.  You do not indicate if an act or omission caused you any harm.  More information is needed to answer your question.  The drug TPA is standard protocol if given during an approriate time limit after the onset of a stroke, as it can be life saving.  TPA can have its complications as well, but unless a patient is not told of those complication, an unfavorable outcome would not give rise to an actionable event or law suit.
