QUESTION

I need answers please.

More details to this question:
my pregnant girlfriend went to the hospital with a ruptured kidney a placenta. when asked her symptoms it sounded like she was dope sick. The nurse asked to take blood to do lab work and see if her or the baby was septic, they never asked to do a drug test on her or the baby. both came back negitive for opiots. she never gave the consent to test her or the baby for drugs. so how can they legally do that. The United States Supreme Court says no it cant be done without verbal or written consent even if she appers anibriated wich she wasnt.there is alot more to this i think we are in need of a lawyer for a few diffrent reason that might warrent lawsuits against hospital. And child services. They tried to make me take a urine test and investigated me and had me at a placement hearing talking crap before I was even legally established as the father. no judge sworn me in yet no dna and no signed birth certificate how is that legal.please help there is still more to it

You are likely picking a very expensive and very difficult legal fight. Be sure you can fund the expense of such litigation BEFORE you provide a confrontation over such issues. If you have the funds to hire a lawyer you should do so immediately as this will not likely be handled on a cointingent fee basis.
