I need to know if I have a case of malpractice or wrongful surgery ?

I had emergency Hernia surgery Sept . the 6th . Dr on call was a Dr. D . Pilati , MD . I am now in the process of having that sugary again because the hurina ( the way I see it was not done correctly ) . My Dr J. Bruce says it's back it happens sometimes , but he was visually concerned when I told him who did it and what they did . as per the notes from that Dr . . The first Dr. Pilat the suchered the hole in my stomach . Dr Bruce said he would have put in mesh . It is clear to me Dr. Pilati went the easy rout . I should not have to pay for second sugary for the same thing (( only don 4 months ago ) and compansaided for putting me through this twice . They really are treating me like it's no big deal., and like they do not care .All about the money to them .Please I need HELP.
