More details to this question:
My husband passed away in April this year. His kidney was punctured during surgery. He went to recovery and then back to his room. When I went to his room his blood pressure was low. Then he starting hurting lower abdomen. He was bleeding inside. Then he started having chest pain. he had to go back to surgery to stop bleeding. His heart couldn't take it. He passed away. This was to be a same day surgery.
