i has admitted my fiance in the ER at riverside, mi uncle and his wife were in the room, that DR that was taking care of him asked who what the POA at the time, i told him that i was, my fiance had HIV?AIDS my family did not know that he had the condition and i did not want them to know and without my consent the DR told the whole room that since he had HIV/ AIDS that there was nothing that he can do
