I'm I able to sue midwife and health care center 2 in Philadelphia for not taking care of me during pregnancy, death of baby after emergency

Hi I lost my premature baby after emergency c-section 7 months of pregnancy august 2017. I told my midwife that i'm not feeling good several times. I had issues with diarrhea on begin of pregnancy in january and february 2017 they could find baby' hart beat on monitor. My diarrhe was caused by prenatal vitamins. I did all lab test and everything was fine. My first ultrasound was in May2017 and they wast able to mesure my baby. On sping time i had bronhitis and they ignored me again they let me go home with severe rib pain not being able to breath, without referral to ultrasound and i got asthma inhalator and i dont have asthma at all. 2 times i got refused for ultrasound. in july 2017 i told them i don't feel good after drinking sugar water during sugar measuring and i started falling down and trowing up all over. i was complains since begain of pregnancy and they refuse to give me ultrasound Its not time yet). August 8 my baby died after emergency c-section from illness
