Infection that caused life changing events

More details to this question:
Had an Implant in 2009 and in 2014 had to have it redone, This Dr. Went and drilled a new hole and it got infected , went back and they didn't do and blood work or MRI, did another surgery and ended up in the hospital for 8 wks in another state, and had to have the implant removed and infection spread to the brain and bones ... This would not have happened if he would have done the job right and would have kept a closer eye on her eye and did blood work etc, to ensure that the infection was under control and being taken care of, now on 2 different IV's and has a pick line in for this reason, suffering from the pain, and now can no longer have her glass eye it will remain closed forever.
