Is a poorly done circumcision medical malpractice?

More details to this question:
My sons circumcision was done poorly the extra skin the wasn't cut off started to grow cells under it he is 5yrs old and the ER is telling me they will schedule an appt for him as an out patient to have it sniped off so that's like there giving him another circumcision but it will be much more traumatizing now cause he is older which is why i had it done when he was younger is this situation a law suit or not ?

The damages are probably not that significant unless the second procedure has complications. Sorry for your boy.

In my view, if the second surgery fixes the problem and he has no permanent residuals the case is not financially viable. This is a judgment call and attorneys have different standards about this.
