is it worth trying to sue

More details to this question:
i had a systogram done at monroe regional and during the proceedure the tech.over filled the balloon and it busted,felt like a shotgun,i had a systography done after and the surgeon removed piece from bladder,i was told the risk mang. was investigating it.

Hard to tell on the facts as there appears to be little actual damage, other than brief period of pain. Should be reported to Risk Management and possiblly to the licesning board for the tech, presumably the Nursing Board for the State of Florida.
