More details to this question:
I visited my doctors office two days ago and was told I was due for a tetanus shot & was offered a flu shot. I said I would take the tetanus, but said no to the flu shot. The nurse then gave me my shot. After, she came to the lobby and told me she accidentally gave me the flu shot. The next day (yesterday) and today, I am experiencing painful body aches, a high fever, and a horrible headache, which are all side effects from the flu shot.

Assuming that you get better from the flu without any lasting damage you probably do not have a financially viable case.
