Is this a medical malpractice?

More details to this question:
on 2-10-21 i robert peters was prescriped naproxen from the Menominee tribal clinic. I went to shawano walgreens to pick up my prescriptions, when i got there i was told i didnt have records of me being there ever. I needed my rx card. so i came back second time gaven them my infomation twice. I received my medication i went home around 3:00pm. I read my name on the white bag had my name on it and the correct medication on it (naproxen). At 330pm i open the bottle it had peters on it so i took one, i couldnt and didnt wake up until 800am on 2-11-21. On 2-11-21 i felt tired and groggy all day. That night i was gonna take another pill when i noticed and scared to take another one, It said Kristin a peters on the bottle. It wasnt naproxen it was Clonazepam.
