is this consider murder and what can i do

i was prenget 12yrs.ago went in and did a byopsi on my cervics.after that was done i was leaking fluids.was in and out of the hospital for bleeding problems and they said the baby was just on my blatter.well one time they made an apptment to do a dnc.lucky the doc. did an ultra sound i was still pregnet.by the time they figured out my water was leaking months had past.then not long after that i went in to labor.the baby only lived 14hrs.he had to many complication cuz of the leaking of my water.since then i still havent been able to have a baby.what the obgyn did is that considered murder on an unborn child.and what can i do now about it.
