More details to this question:
I went to ER with bad migraine and feeling very weak, I was treated for migraine and sent home, that evening I felt numbness in my hands and feet, returned to ER next day and was diagnosed with Paresthesia and sent home, 24 hrs later I was taken in an ambulance to another ER and was diagnosed with GBS. 24 hrs later I was put on life support, paralized from neck down, etc...I spent the following 6 months in hospital, hospice care and rehabilitation hospital. I was misdiagnosed i didn't have Paresthesia, I had GBS, they failed to diagnose me correctly.

Its possible - all depends on the medical records and how thesymptoms presented as determined by a medical expert. Only way to know is to hire a laywer and a medical expert immunologist or neurologist ASAP and go from there.
