More details to this question:
I have a bicoria uterus and my OBGYN but in an IUD . all went well about a week later I was in a lot of back pain, call the OBGYN's office they told me to go to the ER.So I did... the ER did an ultrasound and they told me to go back to my OBGYN , I did that he did an ultrasound and found that the fibroid on my right overy had grow quite a bit.and it was pushing on my back causing the pain . he stated that I need to have it out . To get a historeckomy ... told me to come back in two weeks. To take 600mg of improfine. I came back in two weeks. I had lost my job and had other insurance that he does not take. So he would not see me. Sent me away.

I am sorry to hear about your condition and the problems you have been having with the physician. Certainly it is frustrating to be sent away when you are suffering. I would try another office to see if someone else may accept your insurance. It seems from your brief synopsis that all of this happened rather quickly (few weeks) but it may be worth it to call a medical malpractice firm to review the story for possible negligence.
