More details to this question:
I have multiple children, questions requiring laws on medical records. I have extensive medical history of myshelf (mother) in my children's records. The question is, if a third party a father, or someone legally responsible request my child's records, is all my medical information release with the records with my children's records or is that supposed to be privliged or confidential information at least on myshelf or blacked out?

I would think that a release of your children's medical records to your spouse or in custody litigation, to a court appointed guardian ad litem, would include only their records, and not contain your personal medical records. For the release of your medical records, a proper release signed by you would be required.
