let me out of hospital

More details to this question:
11:30 i visited my doctor for my heart he asked me if i am having pain i said yes he called for a ride for me to go to the hospital i ask will my car be ok where it is they said yes if you are not amited they will bring me back i got to the hospital at 12:30 they did alot of test my blood presure was 185 over 90 they got it down to 173 over 110 after all the test was done it was 5:04 pm they let me go after all the test even do my blood presure was so high so i asked for a ride back to my can which is about a 1/2 mile from the hospital they told me they can do that they said they can call me a cab that i would have to pay for or i can walk to my car i did not have 20 bucks to take a cab so i had to walk i had to stop 3 times to relax before getting to my car i felt very lightheaded when i got there i had to relax for about 20 min. before i could drive home which is about 40 miles i was worried that i mightt pass out but i just stoed a few places to relax it took me almost 2 hr

Being inconvenienced or being treated rudely, doesn't rise to the level of an actionable legal case. I am sorry for how you were treated, but I don't see this as a viable medical malpractice claim. If you are unhappy about what occurred, you should consider writing a letter to the medical provider so they know what happened.
