limitations time line

Most states have a Statue of Limitations of 2 or 3 years.  Unfortunately, the SOL may have expired.  To be sure, you should have a consultation with a local attorney in your area.  Look for an attorney who handles medical malpractice cases.  You shouldn't have a problem getting a free consultation.  Best of luck!
