More details to this question:
I was wondering if I can raise a complain about my company which is the largest company for oil service, for not informing me when I did my medical health assessment that I have lost 55 percent of my kidney function. I found out after two years and a half when I have lost almost all the functionality and they proposed to start diyalisis. When I showed the health assessment results to my doctors they all said I could have stopped it or at least prolong it fot ten to 15 years. I already started the transplant procedure. I need a lawer that can return some of what I have lost. Plesse contact me if you are willing @mualbuq or my email mualbuq@gmail.com. looking forward to hear from you

Please first understand that we do not have a lawyer/client relationship.  From what you say, you may very well have a case againts the company and the doctor (nurse) who examined you.  If the doctor (nurse) was an employee or an independent contractor, and if the company held him (her) out as your doctor (nurse), you have a case under the theory that the company is liable for its employees or persons that they held out as employees.  This would make both the doctor (nurse) and the company liable to you. This all assumes that the company or doctor (nurse) did this exam and did not tell you about the results as you claim.  I can say nothing further without the details of your medical history.  I practice law and medicine in S.C.
