It is hard to tell you whether you received negligent care because you do not specify (a) what care you received or (b) what care you believe you should have received but did not. That aside, the big question in most medical malpractice cases are whether the claim is financially viable. If you can have scar revision surgery to decrease the problem, then this argues against financial viability.
