Malpractice? Failure to diagnose? BOTH?

Went to see Dr #1 for all the boils covering my face, neck, back, bottom. He gives me a pap smear, no blood work, urine analysis for pregnancy. Then prescribes me an antiobiotic shot for the treatment of aids ( which I dont have) & an antiobiotic oral for the treatment of Staph infection. Come in 2 weeks later with the same infections...nothing has changed. He tells me I do not have staph infection because the antibiotic oral didnt work so it must not be staph. Tells me there is nothing he can do. I see another Dr #2 the very same week who gives me another shot which has now caused physical deformation, literally a fist sized hole on my bottom that has no feeling or muscle tissue. On to the next Dr #3 who does give me blood work & does skin biopsys to determine I do INDEED have staph infection if the first DR would have diagnosed I would not have lost my muscle tissue & deformation of my body.Also the shot given to me by 2nd dr was not an antibiotic but a steriod, which FED INFECTION
