More details to this question:
I had a X Ray done on my chest back in 2012. I went into the DR today complaining about a constant cough that I have dealing with. The Dr today asked me if I ever had a CT Scan done on my chest 2 years ago? I told her no. My records show that the X ray that I had in 2012 had a mass in one of my lungs and she told me that I should of had one done back in 2012. God forbid that there is something seriously wrong with me do I have a case against the Dr in charge???

Possibly, but you really need to get this evaluated by a personal injury lawyer and medical expert ASAP. Med Mal cases have ridiculously short timeframes calles stautes of limitation in which you have to file a law suit.
