My elderly Mother's primary care DO has neglected to listen to symptoms for a year. This resulted in a fall on his imaging facility properties. After the fall that broke her jaw in several places, they sent her home without x-rays. She was admitted a few days later into the hospital. Over several months this same DO neglected to listen to symptoms. There are a lot of logged details and dates. At this moment she's in rehab after major surgery and again he is neglecting her DVT and swollen ankles, shortness of breath.

First she needs to change pimary care physicians. Second, she needs to gather up ALL of her medical records and have them reviewed by an expert to make such a determination. She can do this inconjunction with a medical maplractice lawyer she hires to work with the medical expert.
