Malpractice Suit - Doctor punctured my back causing severe damage

Doctor punctured my back and she will not release my medical records to my new specialist who has proven that damage was done on my back and neck area, Making it impossible to work. The insurance company also informed me that the doctor was charging for procedures that were never done. I cannot walk, sit or stand. I suffer on a daily basis and will have to walk away from my career as a result. My doctor has tried repeatedly to get my records. MRIs revealed the damage that had been done. Please help me! I saw another patient who had the same procedure as I did and he was having to use a walker. The same thing happened to him, he was cussed out, the same I was by that same doctor. She would tell you she would take care of you on one visit and tell you to get off your ass the next. She flipped flopped and told me that I would amount to nothing and I am a teacher and a christian. I treated her with respect and left her office in tears. My new Specialist found the damage she had caused and explained that she had punctured my disk and ruptured some areas in my back and neck. She tried covering them up with steroids. Also, a surgery she claimed she had done were proven false through MRIs. I am beggin you to help me please.
