More details to this question:
I have a 57 y.o. son who has multiple medical conditions including cervical and lumbar spinal problems not a candidate for surgery due to liver disease, hepatic encephalopathy, anxiety, depression and alcohol use disorder etc. He is presently in Iowa at a skilled rehab facility where he resides. He is unsafe to go home and live by himself. I would like to bring him to Florida to be nearer to me. I file for SSi Disability in Mar 2024. I don't know what to do . How do I get him on Medicaid here in Florida and if he is in a facility in Iowa to a facility here. He has no money. I have be supporting him since Sept of 2023. I can't any longer. I need some legal advice.
