My husband just found out today 10/23/18 that possible Colon Cancer metastatisies were seen in a 2017 CAT scan. He was never called or followed up with this information. Last week he underwent Brain surgery for the removal of a metastatic tumor possibly from the Colon. Do we have a case because he got lost in the removal of one doctor and the oversight of the new dr.?
