More details to this question:
I was discharged without any copy of discharge notes or my prescriptions doctor prescribed for my condition. Also a Catscan was conducted with all my jewelry still present now my headache has worsen . Doctor discharge me instructed to call my Uber showed which way to exit ER without the nurse who inserted my IV removing it.. What will be your advice, if any?

Dont go back to that facility and you can make a complaint with thier risk management or patient care advocate about how you were treated.
